SACRAMENTO, CALIF. – Following CIF State Regional Bowl Games play, the schedule is now finalized for the 2022 CIF State Football Championship Bowl Games. Five games, Divisions Open through 2-A, will be held Friday-Saturday, December 9-10, at Saddleback College, Mission Viejo. Additionally, the nine additional State Championship games in Divisions 3-AA through 6-A and 7-A, will be held on Saturday, December 10, at various host sites throughout California.

This year’s games feature 10 schools with State titles: Crenshaw (1-1), De La Salle (7-7), Escalon (2-0), Grant (1-0), Lincoln-San Francisco (2-0), Mater Dei Catholic (2-0), McClymonds (4-1), San Marin (1-0), Serra-San Mateo (1-3), St. John Bosco (3-0).

Additionally, four schools return in search of their first State crown: Bellarmine (0-3), Liberty, Bakersfield (0-1), Lincoln-San Diego (0-1), Pittsburg (0-1).

The remaining 16 schools are making their CIF State Football Championship Bowl Game debut: Atascadero, Classical Academy, Granada Hills, Granite Hills, Hughson, Laguna Hills, Mendota, Muir, Northwood, Orland, Pinole Valley, San Gabriel, San Jacinto, San Ramon Valley, Santa Teresa, Shafter.

TICKET INFORMATION

Tickets for the 2022 CIF State Football Championship Bowl Games are available online only through CIF’s online ticketing partner gofan.co.

For games at Saddleback College, tickets are $17 for adults and $10 for high school students, seniors (65+), and children.

 For games at host sites tickets are $12 for adults and $8 for high school students, seniors (65+) and children (under age 5 free).

 *Tickets will go on sale at 12pm on Wednesday, December 7 to the general public.

BROADCAST INFORMATION

Spectrum will broadcast all five contests at Saddleback College. All Friday games will be broadcast on Spectrum News 1 and Spectrum SportsNet LA (Dodgers Network). All Saturday games will be broadcast on Spectrum News 1 and Spectrum SportsNet (Lakers Network).

Additionally, all CIF State Championship Bowl Games will be streamed live online via the NFHS Network.
