Please fill out the following form online and submit:

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE 2026 CIF CHAMPIONSHIP, THE FORM MUST BE SUBMITTED NO LATER THAN THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 19

Additionally, a school representative must also verify that the water polo schedule is entirely up to date in CIF Home.  A school with unreported scores on its schedule could negatively impact its seeding placement in the tournament. 

Also, please ensure your roster and team photo are up to date on CIF Home. If necessary, email team photo and roster to rbrutlag@cifstate.org
