TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE 2025 CIF CHAMPIONSHIP THE ABOVE FORM MUST BE SUBMITTED NO LATER THAN TUESDAY, November 4

Additionally, a school representative must also verify that the volleyball schedule is current in CIF Home. A school with unreported scores on the schedule could negatively impact its seeding placement in the tournament. 

Also, please ensure your roster and team photo are up to date on CIF Home. If necessary, email the team photo and roster to rbrutlag@cifstate.org
